Privacy Policy

GoQuest Media TRM YouTube CMS processes account profile information, channel access records, YouTube channel and video metadata, publishing status, transcripts when available, workflow tasks, and metadata drafts created by authorized users. When analytics, reporting, monetary-metrics, or channel-membership features are enabled, the app may also access the corresponding YouTube performance, revenue, report, and membership data for authorized channels.

Authorized users connect channels using Google OAuth through the separate YouTube Token Vault. Token Vault stores OAuth refresh tokens and supplies the CMS backend with a short-lived access token only when a permitted Google API request is made. GoQuest Media TRM YouTube CMS does not store Google OAuth refresh or access tokens.

Google API responses are used for the authorized workflow that requested them. The CMS retains only operational records needed for channel management, reporting, audit, security, or legal obligations, such as approved channel and video metadata, workflow status, audit history, and report results an authorized user chooses to save.

Google user data is used only to provide YouTube channel management features requested by authorized users, including channel connection, analytics and reporting, monetary-performance review, channel membership workflows, video import, metadata review, upload, and schedule support.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate GoQuest Media TRM YouTube CMS, comply with law, protect users, or complete actions requested by authorized users.

We retain operational records while they are needed for channel management, audit, security, or legal requirements. Authorized administrators may revoke channel access through the YouTube Token Vault to stop future Google API access. Authorized users may request deletion or an access review by contacting support.
